FutureSkillNest Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) collectively govern your access to and use of the services provided by FutureSkillNest (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This includes our website (the “Site”), applications (the “Apps”), and all associated software and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. Together, these documents form a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and FutureSkillNest.

1. Acceptance

By using and/or accessing the Services, you become a “Subscriber.” You are agreeing on behalf of yourself or those you represent to comply with and to be legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to the Agreement. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that the registration information you have provided is accurate and complete.

2. Modification

FutureSkillNest may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Each update comes into force as of the moment the amended Terms are published on the Site. If you continue to use the Services after these changes take effect, then you agree and consent to the revised Terms. It is your obligation to review these Terms from time to time to stay informed on current rules. Material changes will be notified via email or through prominent notifications on the Site.

3. Privacy Policy

FutureSkillNest is committed to your privacy and does not collect or log browsing history, traffic destination, data content, DNS queries, or user-linked IP addresses. We only collect such information as is strictly necessary for the proper delivery of the Services, such as account and payment details. Please review the Privacy Policy in its entirety to understand how we handle your information and our commitment to data protection.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy

Our Services are available upon registering an account on the Site or Apps. FutureSkillNest reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice. Plans renew automatically by default at the completion of the billing term until canceled. The subscription fee will be charged automatically to the payment method you last selected. You may discontinue automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

5. Proprietary Features and Add-ons

FutureSkillNest may provide access to various proprietary tools, including but not limited to password management, email protection, and dedicated IP options. Access to these features may be protected by unique access codes or master passwords. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials secure. For security reasons, if you lose your primary access codes or recovery keys, FutureSkillNest may be unable to recover your encrypted data. Any integration with third-party tools or AI services is provided “as is,” and your use of such tools is governed by their respective third-party terms.

6. Refund Policy

You may cancel your Account for any reason within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase and receive a full refund of the amount you paid (“Money-Back Guarantee”). This guarantee applies to new Subscribers only. FutureSkillNest reserves the right to deny a refund to a Subscriber who has previously received a refund. Refunds are generally processed within seven (7) days and are made to the original form of payment. Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Whenever you use the Services, you must comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to: (i) send unsolicited advertisements or spam; (ii) transmit content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property rights; (iii) engage in any conduct that restricts other users from enjoying the Services; or (iv) attempt to access computing devices without proper authorization. FutureSkillNest reserves the right to terminate accounts without a refund for any misuse of the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration For United States Residents

If you are a resident of the United States, any dispute or claim of any kind between you and FutureSkillNest will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). You agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision. You and FutureSkillNest waive the right to a trial by judge or jury and the right to participate in a class action. Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution via a 60-day Notice of Dispute process.
